clearinghouse for information about all services available to the
partially-seeing from public and private sources, conducts bicoastal
community self-help groups; counsels in the testing and use of
visual devices; offers by mail a large print loan library,
newsletter, kits of information; sponsors professional and public
educational outreach; provides referrals. A large print catalog
"Visual Aids and Informational Materials," is available.
